Product description

Extra virgin olive oil obtained by olives cultivated, picked and processed in Italy. Packed in Italy.

Composition: superior category olive oil obtained from olives and solely by mechanical means;
Production area: Puglia, Sicily and Calabria;
Crop season: October – December;
Olive varieties: essentially Coratina, Ogliarola, Biancolilla, Cerasuola, Nocellara del Belice e Carolea;
Pressing: mechanical crusher;
Extraction: by cold extraction (T<27°C).

Complete production chain traceability

The Italian supply chain is certified and accredited according to UNI EN ISO 22005:2008. This guarantees full traceability back to the producer.

Characteristics

Aspect: clear;
Colour: light green with golden reflections;
Aroma: fruity with green tomato and artichoke notes;
Flavour: pleasant bitter with spicy sensation;
Acidity: below 0,5% (Law limit for extra virgin olive oil 0,8%);
