Extra virgin olive oil obtained by olives cultivated, picked and processed in Italy. Packed in Italy.
Composition: superior category olive oil obtained from olives and solely by mechanical means;
Production area: Puglia, Sicily and Calabria;
Crop season: October – December;
Olive varieties: essentially Coratina, Ogliarola, Biancolilla, Cerasuola, Nocellara del Belice e Carolea;
Pressing: mechanical crusher;
Extraction: by cold extraction (T<27°C).
