  1. COMPLETE PRODUCTION CHAIN TRACEABILITY: Montalbano was one of the first companies to develop the certified traceability. In 2004, the company was the first to draw up a product specification, certified by Bureau Veritas, which led to the ISO 22005 certification, a supply chain certification that guarantees full traceability back to the producer, giving consumers the certainty of product origin and quality.
  2. DIRECT RELATIONS WITH PRODUCTION: for years, we have been working with the best oil mills operating in the regions, which select the finest olives. They are certified oil mills that guarantee the origin of the olives and an exceptionally high quality extra virgin olive oil.
